This section deals with conditions relating to the sale of products by BLACKCAPS.co.uk to you.
1. Our Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from blackcaps.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the “BLACKCAPS Order Confirmation E-mail”). Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send this e-mail as confirmation to you.
2. Protecting Your Security
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process via the paypal website. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

Products purchased from us are covered by our 30 days returns & refund policy.
BLACKCAPS is proud to provide our customers, with the finest quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you require a different size, simply return it unworn and unlaundered and in its original packaging within 30 days of the order date on your invoice for an exchange or full refund.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error (an ‘Incorrect’ item), or if the item is damaged or defective.
Email email@example.com for a “Returns and Refunds Form”. We will send you this form via email attachment for you to print off and complete. This form must be included with the returned item. Failure to fill in all sections of the form or include the form inside the box of the returned item will result in the delay of your exchange or refund.
As soon as we receive the returned item with notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the purchase price for that item. We do not refund the item’s normal postage charge to you unless we delivered the item to you in error (an ‘Incorrect’ item), or if the item is damaged or defective. If you are returning an item for an exchange of size, please allow 2 weeks for us to process your return and send out your new item.
If you did not buy the cap from the blackcaps.co.uk website, you will need to take the item along with your proof of purchase receipt to the store that you purchased it from. We can only accept refunds where the item was purchased directly from the blackcaps.co.uk website and where we can confirm your original order confirmation number. If you have any questions with regard to returning or exchanging merchandise, please contact our Customer Service team by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your name and order confirmation number.
When you send your item back to us, we’ll inspect and process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return. If the refund does not appear in your account after four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us at email@example.com for further assistance.
How Refunds Are Calculated:
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
BLACKCAPS will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
BLACKCAPS will only send you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item once you have returned the item to us and we have received and checked it.
Items returned within the 30 day period
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the 30 day period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item but not the cost of sending the item to you. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
If the item was damaged in transit:
If you take delivery of a BLACKCAPS package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. Complete the Returns Form for your item, giving the reason for the return as “Item Faulty/Defective”. We do not accept returns for damage to the box or packaging.
If the item is defective:
In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you can return the item(s) to us. Complete the Returns Form for your item, giving the reason for the return as “Item Faulty/Defective”.
If we sent you an item you did not order (an “incorrect” item):
In the unlikely event that you have an incorrect item, you can return the item(s) to us unworn and unlaundered in the original packaging and we’ll make sure you are not charged for it. Complete the Returns Form for your item, giving the reason for the return as “Item Incorrect”. Once we receive the incorrect item we will despatch the correct item.
5. Pricing and Availability
All prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT (20%) for orders shipping within the EU.
As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. We may offer you an alternative product or you may cancel your order and we will notify you of such cancellation.
We will charge your credit or debit card when we process your order via paypal.
Availability information for the products on our site are listed on each item’s specific product page. Beyond what we say on that page, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any items you order turn out to be unavailable.
